I guide people in the messy middle of becoming themselves.
I help founders, creators, and people in the midst of reinvention articulate who they are and build a life and body of work that reflects it. I see your soul—and give you language for it.
You already know who you are.
You just need someone to help you say it.
Want to know me better? Perhaps better than you know your best friend? Read my unfiltered memoir It’s Gonna Get Messy.
Most people aren't lost.
They're just living inside old language. A story that doesn't fit anymore—a title, a role, an identity they quietly outgrew without realizing it. They know something is off. They just can't find the words for what's true instead.
That's where I come in.
My work is helping you see yourself clearly enough to finally say it—who you are, what you're building, what you actually stand for. Because when the words fit, everything else in life starts to move. The moment you name your becoming out loud, it stops being potential and starts becoming real.
This isn't about finding yourself. You were never really missing. It's about coming home to who you inherently already are–and building a life that reflects it.
Why hello, my friend.
I'm Becca Eve. I live in Baja Sur, Mexico. I surf when the waves cooperate, eat heaps of fish tacos, gaze at the stars, and have long conversations with the universe—and with my dad, who I’m closer with now than we ever were in life.
I know what it feels like to perform a life so well you forget you're performing.
To wake up one day and realize the version of you that “worked” no longer fits.
I also know what it feels like when everything cracks open…and something truer finally has room to breathe.
Strangely enough, that was the best damn thing that ever happened to me.
Now my greatest joy is helping people find the language for who they’re becoming—and the courage to build a life that reflects it.
It’s Gonna Get Messy.
...my unfiltered true life story.
Take a breath with me. A deep one.
This is my invitation for you to join me on a journey. Part memoir, part permission slip—this is what it looks like when you stop performing a life on a societal script and start actually living your truth.
I did every damn thing right I was told would make me happy—the career, the marriage, the six-figure salary, the gourmet kitchen, carefully constructed life plan.
Until, all within a year, my dear friend dies, my marriage unravels, a pandemic hits, and I find myself laid off and alone in the Baja desert—white-knuckling through life with armed men in my rearview mirror, cockroaches in my kitchen, barefoot in the desert and somehow… the most alive I'd ever felt.
What follows is raw, hilarious, and deeply human. Silent meditation retreats and psychedelic revelations. Grief and supernatural encounters. Robberies, bad decisions, and a full moon visitation from my dead father that changes absolutely everything.
It’s Gonna Get Messy is about the strange and beautiful process of learning to hear the whisper of your own heart again. Of remembering your worth. Of discovering that when the life you carefully built falls apart, might actually be the beginning of becoming who you were meant to be.
This story won't be polished. It won't be perfect. But it will be honest.
And hopefully, it will remind you that you’re not alone in this messy human experience—and that it’s never too late to begin again.
For fans of Glennon Doyle, Elizabeth Gilbert, and anyone beginning to suspect the life they built might not be the one they’re meant to live.
I help people in the messy middle of becoming someone new.
My work sits at the intersection of identity and expression—helping founders, creators, coaches, authors, and thoughtful professionals find the language for who they’re becoming and build a life and body of work that reflects it.
The Essence Session
A single 90-minute deep-dive intensive where we uncover the language of who you are and what your work is really about.
You know who you are. You just don’t have the language for it yet.
You've been trying to articulate what you do—and who you were put on this earth to serve—for longer than you'd like to admit. You get close, but it never quite lands. Something always feels slightly off, slightly generic, slightly not…you.
In one session, we go deep. Soul-level deep. I listen. I ask the questions that get underneath the surface. And I reflect back what I see—the essence of who you are and what you do—in words that finally feels true.
You leave with a deeper clarity about who you are—and the words to express it in a way that resonates with mind, body and soul. This becomes the narrative you can stand behind and language to use wherever you show up that shapes your brand, your work, or the next chapter you’re stepping into.
You feel something shift—clearer, lighter, and finally able to move forward.
Ideal for: thoughtful founders, authors, coaches, and creatives who know there’s something deeper in their work—but can’t quite find the words for it yet.
The Reinvention Container
A 3-month 1:1 coaching collaboration for people navigating transformation and stepping into the next version of themselves.
You're becoming someone new. You can feel it. But you can't quite see who yet—and living in that in-between space is exhausting.
This is the container for the full arc. We work through your soul identity, life direction, and how you show up in your work—not as three separate things, but as one integrated journey. Because that's how it actually works.
Over three months, we sit together in the unraveling—the identity shifts, the old stories, the quiet whispers of who you're becoming. I listen. I ask the questions that crack things open. And I stay with you not just until you find the words, but until you trust them and you feel clear to take action.
You leave this work feeling like you’ve stepped into a clearer version of yourself. One who finally trusts their voice, their life direction, and can fully step into the work you’re building next.
Ideal for: founders, creators, and thoughtful professionals navigating reinvention—leaving corporate, redefining their work, building something new, or stepping into the next chapter of their life.
Stop performing in life.
Start living one that's actually yours.
A weekly letter on identity, reinvention, spirituality, and the art of coming home to yourself.
Some weeks it's a story. Some weeks it's a truth I'm sitting with. Some weeks it's the thing I needed someone to say out loud—so I'm saying it to you instead.
Honest writing for the in-between moments. The ones where life is cracking something open and you're not quite sure yet if that's terrifying or beautiful.
(Spoiler: it's usually both.) 🤍
