I spent decades doing everything right. Climbing the ladder, leading big teams, helping Fortune 500 brands find their voice—all while quietly, persistently feeling like I'd lost my own.
I'm not sure I ever really had it during those years. Not fully.
Then everything fell apart at once. And in the stillness that followed, something unexpected happened, the truth of who I actually was finally had room to breathe.
What followed was the journey I wrote about in It's Gonna Get Messy—raw, sometimes hilarious, deeply human. The kind of unraveling that turns out to be the most clarifying thing that ever happened to me. Slowly, painfully, beautifully, I stopped performing a life and started actually living one.
Now I help others find that same clarity.
Not in a tidy, ten-step way. In the real way—where we go beneath the surface together until we find what's most true, and I give it back to you in language that finally authentically aligns.

My last corporate chapter ended like this—leading a national marketing team while the company went public at a multi-billion dollar valuation. And when it was over, nobody asked if I was safe. They asked if I could ship the Apple equipment back.
That moment changed everything.
